Karl helped us become first time homeowners! We had messaged Karl asking if he could help us in finding a home and he was extremely helpful right off the bat. After looking online at homes we were interested in, Karl made appointments to see them all. There was one house in particular that I really wanted to see however, it was difficult to set up a time with the homeowners. With that said after a few days, Karl picked us up and off we went. He surprised us with saying that he was able to find a time to see the house I was most interested in. This ended up being the house that we bought! Karl was so easy to work with, always answered our messages quickly and helpful with all the paperwork that needed to be done. He made buying our first home memorable and a great experience. Karl was highly recommended by my aunt and we are so glad we decided to work with him in purchasing our first home. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions but he was VERY responsive and always available ANYTIME via text, phone call, or email. He made sure that all our questions are answered. It was very easy working with Karl. He is very calm, honest, and trustworthy. Not once we felt pressured. He was respectful of my time too as I work nights and is asleep during the day. All his vendors that he might introduce you to are reasonably priced and produce good work product. You can rely on Karl to get everything done so all you have to do is sign the paperwork, whether you are buying or selling.
